Senior Inside Sales Representive

Responsibilities

:
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through calls, emails, and social outreach

  • Manage inbound leads while maintaining a strong focus on outbound activity

  • Book and qualify meetings for senior Account Executives

  • Conduct research on target accounts and key decision-makers

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities

  • What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales or business development experience (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales background)

  • Proven track record in cold calling and prospecting

  • High level of resilience, motivation, and hunger to succeed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational and preparation skills (especially for interviews and roleplays)

  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to overcome rejection and challenges

  • Desirable:

  • Experience in AdTech or SaaS sales

  • Exposure to technology or digital media environments

  • A passion for building a long-term sales career with a clear path to Account Executive level
