Are you an experienced National Account Manager with a passion for toys?
ITP is partnering with a top 5 US toy company to hire a Senior National Account Manager . This role offers the chance to take full ownership of key discounter accounts -driving sales growth, and long-term partnerships with some of the fastest-moving retailers in the UK.
Take full responsibility for major UK discounter accounts, including B&M and Home Bargains Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability Lead product launches, seasonal promotions, and merchandising initiatives Forecast sales, manage stock levels, and support supply chain efficiency Represent the company at trade events and retail meetings Proven National / Senior National Account Manager experience in toys, gifting, or licensed consumer goods Strong experience managing discounter or high-volume retail accounts Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of the UK retail landscape and fast-moving toy/licensed categories Highly competitive salary Generous company bonus Private healthcare Hybrid working and flexible arrangements Extended MAT / PAT leave Progression opportunities
