The mission of the Senior Sales Director is to drive the highest possible levels of sales performance in their territory (Industry verticals/regions), by helping as many as possible in their organization become as successful as possible at their job.

You are ready for your Transformation, if you have…

  • 5+ years of experience in top management roles with similar accountabilities and scope in the Logistics or LogTech industry.
  • Track record of driving >20% YoY ARR growth in a highly competitive market.
  • 10+ years of experience as a leader and manager of sales teams with local presence in Europe.
  • 10+ years selling complex solutions to international and regional “carriers” with Buying Centers in Europe.
  • P&L responsibilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving: Leveraging business dashboards and tools to identify pains, risks, upsides, and other related intelligence.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.

  • Ensuring your team is organized in line with the GTM strategy for the industry verticals/regions in their territory and resourced as cost-effectively as possible.
  • Working collaboratively with your team, peers, and key stakeholders to define and gain buy-in for a suitable, feasible, and acceptable GTM strategy for their territory (industry verticals/regions).
  • Fostering and nurturing a high-performance culture and ensuring team engagement.
  • Developing the team and ensuring each member has a suitable personal development plan.
  • Ensuring SMART goals are defined to execute the GTM strategy and cascaded to every team and role in the organization.
  • Driving the execution and adoption of Group-led change initiatives in the region.
