Senior Sales Executive - New Logo – Managed IT Services & Consultancy – BFSI – UK Wide We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth across our Managed IT Services and Consultancy portfolio. This pure new‑logo solution sales role has no SaaS, hardware or boxed products. You’ll sell expertise, outcomes and transformation, not tools. With offices across the United Kingdom, Mainland Europe, Asia and North America, Resillion helps organizations realise ambitions in cyber security, testing of digital media content and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new logo opportunities within the UK private sector, focusing on bespoke IT services and consultancy engagements. Build and maintain strategic relationships with C‑suite executives, IT leaders and transformation stakeholders. Lead discovery sessions to uncover client challenges in digital transformation, software testing, infrastructure, cyber security, cloud strategy and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to shape tailored service solutions. Develop and present compelling proposals and solution narratives that position our consultancy‑led approach as a differentiator. Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements balancing client outcomes with profitability. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies. Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, client engagement and forecasts in the CRM.
Experience & Skills
Proven success in new‑logo business sales in IT services, consultancy or managed services. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate complex service value propositions. Track record of engaging and influencing senior decision‑makers in enterprise and mid‑market organisations. Results‑oriented and proactive opportunity generation. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT or related field. Sales certifications or training in solution selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) preferred.
