The Opportunity

You will be the founding sales leader for the region, positioned to capture significant, untapped market share in Europe and capitalize on the shift towards advanced generation and risk analytics software.

Role Overview & Impact

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to spearhead SATURN's growth in Europe. This is a critical, senior-level role for a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise, an established network, and a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.

You will set the US sales strategy and own the results, serving as the primary commercial leader for the region. You will have direct reporting to the CEO, ensuring maximum autonomy and high influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by managing the full enterprise sales lifecycle, targeting Fortune 500 energy and financial institutions.
  • Utilize and expand an existing, valuable network within the European energy and financial sectors to build a robust pipeline from day one.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, targeting key verticals like utilities, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), and major banks.
  • Conduct high-impact conversations demonstrating how SATURN's advanced analytics solve for critical industry challenges like volatile commodity price exposure and regulatory compliance risk.
  • Serve as the primary voice of the customer for product management, ensuring SATURN's roadmap aligns with critical US market needs and competitive demands.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline health and be accountable for all regional performance metrics to hit aggressive quarterly and annual growth targets.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven, quota-carrying Enterprise Software sales experience, with a focus on large-scale deals (e.g., $200K+ deal sizes).
  • Deep domain expertise in Generation, Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM), Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM), or wholesale energy markets.
  • Existing, active network within target verticals including Chief Risk Officers (CROs), Heads of Trading, and VP-level personnel.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to clearly articulate complex software value propositions to both business and technical audiences.
