Job type: Permanent Location: Tunbridge Wells Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 plus bonus (DOE)
Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Tailored Solutions: Identify opportunities to provide bespoke insurance cover to high net worth individuals and households. Expert Advice: Offer comprehensive guidance on products to ensure clients receive the best possible protection. Sales Growth: Proactively drive business development to achieve and exceed sales targets. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless and professional service. Community Presence: Represent the business with integrity and professionalism in the local area.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
Sales Background: Proven experience in sales, ideally within insurance, financial services, or high-value client sectors. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Driven & Proactive: Ambition and enthusiasm to grow within a key market area. Desirable: Experience with High Net Worth clients or insurance products (training will be provided).
