Your Move are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Back up Valuer to join our estate agency branch in Bexleyheath on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Negotiator working at Your Move you will receive:

  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE)

    • In the role of a Senior Negotiator you will: 

  • Register Customers and carry out property matches
  • Generate and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between all parties
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Display excellent customer service at all times

    • We will also train you in all aspects of Residential Valuation with a view to growing the business into new areas. 

    Previous experience within residential sales or lettings is preferred.

    A full UK driving license is essential.
