My client, an award-winning independent agent, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Gravesend.

Working Hours:
8:45am – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday Early finish on Fridays Alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4pm with 1 lieu day per month The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
Basic salary of £25,000 OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 A clear and achievable commission structure. Career development and ongoing support, and training with a highly reputable company. Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts. Will ideally have experience with valuations and Listings. Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing. Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible. Managing a portfolio of property listings for sale. Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements. Being a senior figure in the team. Requirements for the Senior Sales Negotiator position:
Previous experience in a similar role A Full Driving Licence. Experience with listings is desired but not essential.
