Let’s get into the juicy details … What you'll be doing Develop & execute multi-platform strategies - Design & implement social media strategies that support business goals & grow brand visibility across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, & LinkedIn.
Create & publish engaging content - Plan & oversee short-form & long-form video & photographic content; ensure content reflects our brand voice & production standards.
Create a consistent drumbeat of short-form, social-first content for organic channels.
Own the creative process – from ideation to shoot to final delivery, managing third-party support for larger video projects.
Proactively suggest content to capitalise on social trends & cultural moments.
Ensure all content is on-brand, aligns to our mission & audience, & is optimised for each channel.
Manage content calendar & campaigns - Maintain a consistent posting calendar; plan & optimise organic campaigns.
Engage with our community online - Monitor comments, direct messages, & mentions; respond promptly & cultivate loyal online communities.
Collaborate across teams - Work with marketing, design, HR, & operations to ensure social content aligns with broader initiatives.
Analyse & report - Use analytics tools to track performance, produce reports, & adjust strategies.
What we're looking for Demonstrative experience managing social media accounts & creating video content for a reputable brand or agency , with a strong portfolio.
Proven success developing social-first campaigns that drive engagement & conversions.
Broad multi-platform knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, & LinkedIn algorithms & features .
Comfortable both behind & in front of the camera.
Video production skills: Experience shooting & editing video/photography on smartphones & desktop tools (e.g., iMovie, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
For larger projects, you will manage third-party video production partners.
Creative copywriting & communication: Excellent written & verbal communication skills; able to craft engaging captions & adapt tone for different audiences.
Data-driven mindset: Confident interpreting analytics & adjusting strategy.
