ServiceNow Pre-Sales Engineer - Full Time
Our client, a leading ServiceNow partner founded by some of the most knowledgeable ServiceNow individuals in the UK, are recruiting for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join their team. They specialise as a Managed Services Provider, producing 'ready to use' ServiceNow solutions for their clients.
Must Haves:
- Experience in a Pre-Sales environment (Ability to build and present Demos).
- Strong ServiceNow Developer Skills - Ideally with Domain separation experience.
- Great Communication - Both internal and external stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Demonstrations: Design and deliver compelling ServiceNow demos tailored to client needs, articulating business value and technical capability.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams during the sales cycle to define solution scope, architecture, and implementation approach.
- Technical Expertise: Translate customer requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions, leveraging your development knowledge.
- Client Engagement: Lead technical conversations with customers, advising on best practices and aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and senior leadership team to shape pre-sales strategy and influence product direction.
What you'll Gain

Further, this role is strategically key to our client and you will therefore be working closely with the founders to ensure the organisation is evolving in the right direction.
