Software Solutions Sales Executive (Energy)

Join Procode as a senior “hunter” to drive new business growth across multiple industries in the energy sector. We’re looking for an experienced SaaS sales professional with a proven track record in complex B2B SaaS and data technology sales.

Location & Compensation

Location: Hybrid – Remote with travel to events, clients and head office (Chandlers Ford)

Reporting to: Head of Sales – Energy Systems

Salary: Circa 60k basic plus double OTE

Responsibilities

• New Business Generation: Identify and close high‑value opportunities.
• Pipeline Leadership: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently exceeding targets.
• Strategic Prospecting: Leverage market intelligence and networking to uncover new business.
• Solution Selling: Tailor Procode’s SaaS and data solutions to meet complex client needs.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Development, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Industry Representation: Attend and speak at key industry events and conferences.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic insights.
• Market Intelligence: Share competitor and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in end‑to‑end B2B SaaS and data technology sales.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to win business in competitive environments (RFPs, tenders).
• Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.
• Technical aptitude to understand and articulate product architecture and USPs.
• Advanced CRM and pipeline management skills.
