Location: Fulham Road, Chelsea SW3. Full-time, on-site Mekhann is a London-based design house specialising in hand-embroidered silks, with boutiques in Mayfair’s Royal Arcade and Chelsea’s Fulham Road. We are looking for a Store & Sales Manager to take ownership of our Chelsea boutique - ensuring its daily rhythm, cultivating client relationships, and leading its commercial growth with interior designers and trade clients.
Responsibilities Act as keyholder and manage daily boutique discipline: opening, closing, security, operations. Host private and trade clients, guiding them through the collection with authority and precision. Build and strengthen relationships with interior designers, positioning Chelsea as a hub for trade clients. Maintain accurate CRM records of clients, sales, and trade interactions. Oversee other team members connected to the boutique, ensuring standards and client service and operation remain consistent. Shape the boutique’s visual merchandising: window displays, product rotation, in-store atmosphere. Coordinate with the Mayfair boutique and central team to align stock, operations, and brand standards.
Profile Experience in luxury retail, showroom management, or interior/trade sales. Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail. Calm, confident hosting style - able to manage both private and professional clients. Organised, structured, commercially aware. Comfortable working closely with the Founder and overseeing a small, focused team.
Compensation Salary: Competitive, depending on experience. Commission: Flexible package shaped around the candidate’s profile and measurable results. Annual boutique performance bonus tied to repeat client growth and CRM accuracy.
