Strategic Sales Account Manager (Property Sector)

The Strategic Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling cutting edge services to the Multifamily/Social housing property management sector, specifically targeting apartment blocks and flats. The services are mainly monitoring of Water Leaks, Thermostats and Smoke/CO detection based on an IoT cloud platform subscription.

We are looking for a new team player, an outstanding and experienced salesperson within sales of solutions or services to Social Housing, Property Managers and key stakeholders in the multifamily housing segment.

Your role will be pivotal in expanding our influence and effectiveness within the property management sector in the UK, focusing on services for apartment buildings/blocks of flats across the region.
