Taboola is looking for a driven and ambitious Team Lead to join our Global Growth Advertiser Sales team, focusing on the UK and French markets. The Growth department sits at the heart of Taboola’s success – helping advertisers grow through innovative strategies and delivering measurable impact.
This is an exciting step into management, where you’ll be expected to lead by example. You’ll combine hands-on sales with guiding a new business team: building strong pipelines, forecasting accurately, and exceeding sales targets. Acting as both player and coach, you’ll research, engage, and close new advertisers while inspiring your team to do the same. Your leadership and sales skills will directly expand client portfolios and fuel long-term growth at Taboola.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Native or professional fluency in English (French as a plus)
A passion for sales and a hunger to close deals
4+ years’ experience in sales, ideally in digital media, with proven achievements and leadership skills
Strong experience structuring and negotiating deals
A genuine interest in online content and relationship-building
Analytical skills to turn client conversations and data trends into business insights
Solid technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn campaign tools for effective optimisation
Strong prioritisation skills to manage competing demands while hitting objectives
Excellent communication skills in English (French as a nice-to-have) Bonus points if you have:
Experience in ad tech, social media marketing, or performance advertising
Knowledge of media buying KPIs (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, etc.)
E-commerce/Shopify experience
Creative pitching and storytelling (e.g., Canva)
