Their work changes the world, and we make it possible.The OpportunityT-SQUARED are looking to recruit a pro-active and results driven Sales Manager to drive our Testing and Validation offering at T-SQUARED Validair. For over 30 years, T-SQUARED Validair has provided premium validation, testing and consultancy services for cleanrooms and contamination-controlled environments in the UK.You will be responsible for leading and growing our Testing and Validation Services portfolio. You will develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business, so a strong technical understanding of cleanroom and controlled environment standards is required.This role is key to our growth journey, so we are seeking someone who is tenacious and resilient, a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed and who has demonstrable experience of delivering against targets.What You’ll Be DoingThis role is key to our growth journey, so alongside developing and executing a sales strategy, you will:·Identify new business opportunities within relevant industries·Maintain strong client relationships, develop business plans, and collaborate with clients to drive sales·Understand client regulatory needs and operational needs to propose appropriate service solutions·Manage an existing portfolio of accounts with a focus on obtaining new business·Conduct client facing presentations, attend meetings, and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Validair·Stay up to datewith industry trends, regulations, and competitor offeringsWhat We Are Looking For·Proven B2B sales or account management experience in a similar technical or regulated services industry·Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare environments·Track record of a high level of creation of new accounts and expansion of existing clients·Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills·Experience in the cleanroom and contamination control industry, as well as testing and validation·Ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels·Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience·Full UK driving licence (essential) as you must be willing to travel as required·Drive to succeed and fit into a successful established teamWhy Join T-SQUARED?Make a Real Impact – We have been involved in projects that have had a positive societal impact which have supported medical research, pandemic prevention and public health.Career Progression – Become part of a well-established successful company where your potential to lead is cultivated from the start, and we actively invest in employee development through training, and provide support for professional certifications and charterships.Competitive Package – We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with opportunities to travel and gain a variety of experiences.
