:Develop and grow sales in line with company targetsCarry out demonstrations of equipment and total repair solutionsConduct new installations and start-up training to ensure seamless onboardingBuild long-term partnerships with customers, conducting regular site visits and reviewsWork in tandem with internal teams to manage orders, delivery, installations, and post-sales supportMaintain accurate CRM records of all activities, sales leads, and customer updatesProvide an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through to ongoing serviceCollaborate with your mentor and leadership to review performance, pipeline, and strategyThe Candidate:
Ideally experience in technical B2B sales, high-value equipment preferredMechanically minded, confident around automotive tools and workshop environmentsEnthusiastic, sales-driven, and keen to build a long-term careerExperience or understanding of ROI (Return on Investment), TCO (total cost of ownership), or value-based selling is a plusConfident communicator who enjoys meeting clients and presenting solutionsStrong PC skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)Full UK driving licenceWillingness to travel extensively across the regionPersonal Attributes:
