All employee owners are committed to delivering innovative products and excellent customer service.The business is a global market leader, constantly innovating and expanding its product portfolio, with bases in both the U.K and the U.S. Its customers include many of the world's leading biotech and brewing companies.The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving customer adoption of products in the Northern European region. Working closely with end users and distributors, you will grow direct sales, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure strong customer relationships. This is ideal for someone with a scientific background looking to build a career in technical sales.Candidates with experience working in a laboratory environment - particularly in fermentation, cellular science, or using fermentation equipment - are especially encouraged to apply, as this knowledge provides a strong foundation for understanding the products and customer needs.The Role:Promote and present the product portfolio to new and existing customersBuild and manage the sales pipeline with accurate CRM forecastingSupport distributors and manage post-sales relationshipsIdentify new opportunities and contribute to go-to-market plansThe Person:Degree in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, or related field (MSc/PhD advantageous)Customer-focused, personable, with integrity and honestyIdeally some experience in fermentation, cellular science, or use of fermentation equipmentUK based, within ~2-3 hours of Bolton for team catch-ups, with flexibility to travel across the UK & Ireland and monthly visits to HQWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitable candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
