Job description: Location: A fully remote, field-based role, covering a territory between Hampshire and West Sussex coast. What You'll Do: Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Kao Salon Division with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our core values and promoting a strong personal brand. Sales & Customer Engagement: Implement a structured sales plan, engaging with salons regularly to foster relationships, drive consultative selling, and identify new business opportunities. Product & Business Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, pricing, and colour mixing processes. Present business-building campaigns and sales strategies with confidence. CRM & Performance Tracking: Utilise CRM tools to maintain up-to-date account information, monitor contract performance, manage aged debt, and plan effectively for each client interaction.
