Embark on an exciting journey as a Medical Devices Territory Sales Manager across the Midlands at a leading provider of innovative medical solutions. In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and sales acumen to drive the growth of the long-term enteral feeding products and solutions across healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and through their Home Delivery service. Key Highlights:
- Develop strategic business plans to drive the growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive account initiatives
- Serve as a clinical expert in enteral nutrition and feeding protocols, providing evidence-based recommendations
Preferred Requirements:
- Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, including clinical staff and administrative decision-makers
- Lead contract negotiations and product conversions
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform territory planning and product positioning
- Conduct in-services, training, and clinical presentations for clinical staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educated to at least 'A' level standard or equivalent vocational qualification, with a nursing, medical sales, or clinical background
- Demonstrable superior selling, negotiation, and presentational skills
- Prior experience in enteral feeding or related therapeutic nutrition area and knowledge of home delivery service is highly desirable
