The Role of the Territory Manager:
- Selling a comprehensive portfolio of single use & reuseable surgical instrumentation solutions
- Selling into theatre, dealing with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement
- Identifying, opening, and closing business opportunities through upselling/cross-selling the portfolio
- Providing procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and key opinion leaders (KOL) through field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and case observations
- Managing all aspects of surgical business in the field
- Educating surgeons and theatre personnel on procedures and product applications
- Developing and supporting strong clinical relationships
- Field-based role, working from home
- Covering Scotland, primarily based on the M8 Corridor (Glasgow & Edinburgh), with occasional travel to Newcastle
The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager:
- Some medical devices/general surgery theatre sales experience
- Understanding of theatre environment and protocols from a sales perspective
- High energy, self-motivated, well-presented
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize and develop business opportunities strategically
- Growth mindset
- Self-motivated with strong drive and hunger
