Trade Counter Sales/Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit a new member of staff to join our small busy office team at Don Valley, based just outside Inverurie.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday - 7.30am until 5pm from March/April until the end of October and Winter hours are 8am until 4.30pm.
This position is a varied role and encompasses primarily customer service/administration duties, but as we work as part of a small team, we welcome candidates who can bring additonal skills to the business.
This role would involve assisting customers, both in person and by email/telephone in a professional and understanding manner, processing orders accurately, organising deliveries etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to problem solve as well as excellent attention to detail are essential.
Previous experience of Microsoft Word and Excel would be essential, whilst Xero accounts experience, would be welcomed, as would a background or interest in logistics and horticulture. Forklift licences would also be welcomed.
Hourly rate will depend upon experience, we are looking for someone educated to a minimum of HND level.
