We believe in developing future leaders from within, and our Management Trainee Programme is designed to turn ambitious individuals into the managers of tomorrow.
About the Role As a Trainee Sales Advisor you’ll start by learning the foundations of our business - engaging with customers face-to-face on their doorstep in residential areas or approved retail locations to provide cost-saving solutions.
You’ll receive full training in direct sales, customer engagement, and leadership skills, with a structured progression route into team leadership and eventually branch management.
Key Responsibilities Speak directly with members of the public to explain our clients and savings opportunities Represent our partner platform professionally at residential locations or pre-approved retail locations Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Achieve personal and team performance goals Learn sales strategies, people management, and business operations Support and mentor new team members as you progress Participate in regular management development sessions Build your own network within our growing national team
What We’re Looking For We welcome candidates with no experience or those from customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds. Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly approach Ambition to progress into management Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Team player who can also work independently Positive, professional, and driven A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
