This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for agriculture and livestock to develop a rewarding career in agricultural sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Shadow experienced colleagues on visits to learn how to identify opportunities and support customers
  • Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships by providing excellent service
  • Develop knowledge and gradually provide tailored advice under guidance
  • Support the wider sales team in achieving targets and business growth
  • Keep up to date with training on products, services, and industry developments
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and deliver a great customer experience

    • Skills:

  • A genuine interest in agriculture, livestock, and production systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within agricultural sales (full training provided)
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and customers alike
  • Basic IT skills for reporting and communication
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
  • Desire to grow, progress, and build long-term career in the industry
