Responsibilities:
- Shadow experienced colleagues on visits to learn how to identify opportunities and support customers
- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships by providing excellent service
- Develop knowledge and gradually provide tailored advice under guidance
- Support the wider sales team in achieving targets and business growth
- Keep up to date with training on products, services, and industry developments
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and deliver a great customer experience
Skills:
- A genuine interest in agriculture, livestock, and production systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Eagerness to learn and develop within agricultural sales (full training provided)
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and customers alike
- Basic IT skills for reporting and communication
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Desire to grow, progress, and build long-term career in the industry
