Training and Sales Support Administrator (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Support Administration
Efficiently process customer and reseller orders, including creating licenses according to internal audit standards.
Manage monthly customer maintenance renewals, ensuring timely delivery of licenses and online support access.
Handle online order processing and respond professionally to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
Provide administrative assistance to Sales Account Managers, including documentation support.
Assist with organizing customer-facing events as and when required. Customer Training Administration
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage the training calendar, and maintain accurate attendance records.
Arrange training logistics, including materials, catering, accommodations, and participant resources.
Greet and support training delegates at the Bristol office.
Manage and maintain the company’s online training calendar.
Issue training certificates and handle administrative training sign-offs. Your Qualifications:
Relevant professional experience in administration, office management, sales coordination, or customer service.
A positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to remain organized under pressure.
Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving problems.
A willingness to take initiative and enhance existing processes.
