Role: Sales Executive Contract: Permanent Location: London - Hybrid
We are currently partnered with a leading HR SaaS company based in London, looking to hire a driven Sales Executive. Proactively research target clients and opportunities globally, identifying and engaging with potential clients in both local and international markets. Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders through internal and external networking, including attending approved conferences. Lead outbound sales and business development campaigns, including managing outreach to new target clients for meetings. Attend weekly business development/sales team meetings and provide insights to management regarding sales figures, goals, and any obstacles encountered. Provide constructive feedback to the Client Management and IT teams to help improve the platform and increase market share.
Highly motivated individuals with strong financial acumen. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proactive sales and business development approach with a strong desire to grow and learn in a tech-driven environment.
