Our client is an award-winning UK based Tour Operator, specializing in bespoke trips worldwide. They are expanding and now seek experienced Travel Sales Consultants to support their US-based customers remotely.

This role is fully remote, working 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts on a rota basis, ideal for those needing flexible hours.

Salary circa £26k plus commission and travel benefits.

Role of Travel Sales Consultant:

• Listening to customer needs and sourcing suitable travel options
• Providing accurate advice and building holiday packages
• Demonstrating confidence and genuine interest over calls, chat, or email
• Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the booking process
• Monitoring competitors’ pricing strategies
• Achieving KPIs and targets

Skills required:

• Recent travel industry experience – essential
• Track record of meeting targets/KPIs
• Enthusiasm and commitment to customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships
