Our client, a fast-growing specialist in experiential holidays is on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to lead a remote sales team into the next era of AI-powered online sales.

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and shaping online sales strategies. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools to drive performance, increase conversions, and optimise every stage of the customer journey.

This is a UK home-based role offering a competitive salary of up to £45k plus bonus structure and great progression opportunities into the senior leadership team.

Role of Travel Sales Manager:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a remote sales team.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies using AI insights.
• Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise workflows.
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech to enhance the sales funnel.
• Bring innovation, energy, and drive to a fast-paced team.

Skills required for the role:

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar travel leadership role.
• Extensive travel industry experience
• Strong background in online sales, technology and AI
• Excited by AI, automation, and data-led decision making.
• Confident communicator, coach, and collaborator.
• Comfortable working remotely and leading distributed teams.
• Target-driven, KPI-focused, and always ready to raise the bar.
• Flexible approach to working hours
