Your Mission
As our UK Sales Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK market. You’ll manage inbound leads, run your own outbound agenda, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver compelling demos that showcase the power of the Ninox‑Lowcode‑Platform. This is a hands‑on sales role with a strong focus on execution, growth, and customer success. As the UK business ramps up, you will start hiring additional sales team members to accelerate our growth and become the natural sales leader of the UK organization.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage inbound/outbound campaigns to build and convert pipeline
- Deliver engaging product demos with a solid technical understanding of business applications
- Position Ninox to executive‑level decision‑makers, with a focus on MidMarket and Enterprise clients
- Drive new business with a hunter mentality and leverage your extensive UK network
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high‑potential partners and system integrators
- Collaborate closely with International Marketing to plan and execute demand generation activities
- Set, track, and exceed KPIs and sales targets with a hands‑on approach
- Foster long‑term customer relationships, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies
- As revenue growth kicks in, build, lead, and scale a top‑tier UK Sales team with a strong performance culture
What You Bring
- Strong technical mindset and demo delivery skills
- Experience selling Business Applications to executive personas, ideally with Low Code exposure
- Deep network in the UK MidMarket and Enterprise space
- Expertise in partner/channel development and indirect sales strategies
- Familiarity with demand generation and marketing collaboration
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and execution
- Passion for customer success and long‑term relationship building
- Strong desire to successfully build and manage our UK Sales team over time
