Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets in both new and used car sales. Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with marketing and aftersales departments to maximise dealership performance. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a main dealer environment. Strong track record in new and/or used car sales. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
