This well-established company is looking for an exceptionally communicative, detail-oriented, industry-experienced Customer Service / Sales Coordinator Guru , to be part of its aggressive growth strategy for 2024
This role is suited for a meticulous, self-starter who has a deep understanding of SAP software within a Customer Service / Sales Coordinator role.
Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;
Updating the CRM database (SAP) Assist the team with on-site events Ensure orders are input correctly Liaise with Order Management colleagues Sales team support; sending images, technical data, etc Ensure excellent product knowledge
Desirable attributes of the successful candidate
High level of customer care Ability to show initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience using SAP or similar Previous experience using pCon Basket Attention to detail, organised and passionate about solutions
