We're now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the team in the UK (remote-first, but Ireland-based applicants also welcome) and lead the charge into a new wave of growth.Why This Role?€90,000–€95,000 base salary + €180,000 OTE (50/50 split)Equity on offer – grow your career and your ownershipEntirely remote – flexibility with autonomyLand + expand model – own key accounts and build valueBacked by a world-class customer success team and proven resultsJoin a company solving real problems in climate tech, ESG and automationWhat You’ll Actually Do:Own the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting to partner-led pursuits and enterprise closesBuild stakeholder alignment across complex buying groups (COO, CFO, ESG, IT, FM and more)Navigate long, layered sales processes and bring structure to ambiguitySell both direct to property owners and through global partnersWork closely with Customer Success, who act as solution engineers and stay embedded throughout implementationBe a trusted advisor. This is not a feature-pitching motion, it’s a true Challenger Sale environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Enterprise SaaS experience – ideally with 6–12+ month deal cycles and multi-stakeholder salesA strategic operator – you sell change, not just softwareFamiliar with complexity – you’ve worked in property tech, automation, AI, or any industry that demands education and transformationCurious and coachable – you don’t need a playbook, but you’re eager to build oneSomeone with grit – you don’t expect handouts, but you do expect to winBased in the UK (preferred) or Ireland, with comfort working fully remoteWhat Success Looks Like:Quota set at 4x base (approx. €600K annual target)Win and expand key accounts with contract values ranging from €30K to €300K+Blend of 50% outbound + 50% partner-led expansionProgression into strategic enterprise territory as global partnerships matureWhy Join CIM?You’ll be part of a mission to cut global emissions at scale,every deal mattersThe product works.
