We’re working with a fast-growing UK-based company using tech and services to solve real-world transport challenges. They’re now hiring a Senior Account Expansion Manager to lead commercial growth across strategic enterprise accounts - owning site expansion, upsell opportunities, and long-term client partnerships.
This is a hybrid commercial role focused on driving revenue growth within existing accounts, winning new sites, and managing contract renewals across a defined client portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own revenue and gross margin targets tied to account expansion and retention
- Build and execute commercial account plans across multiple verticals
- Lead proposals for new service launches, site expansions, and renewals
- Manage complex negotiations and contract discussions
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast performance accurately
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in account management, expansion, or commercial roles
- Experience growing enterprise or complex B2B accounts
- Commercially strong — confident negotiating multi-site contracts and pricing
- Strategic thinker who spots opportunity and builds long-term value
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with ops, product, and leadership
