The RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded account manager in advertising and data sales, to help drive innovation and revenue growth. You’ll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team, working closely with our Head of Advertising to grow our client base, strengthen relationships, and develop new, insight-led advertising and data products.If you’re someone who thrives on solving client challenges through data, enjoys building strong relationships, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking media business, this could be the perfect next step. You’ll be responsible for:
Building trusted relationships with pharmaceutical companies, suppliers, and agencies Using data to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions Advising clients on how to achieve measurable ROI through data-led campaigns Creating compelling proposals and presenting them confidently to key stakeholders Maximising revenue across print, digital, data, and recruitment solutions Supporting the development and early sales of our new data subscription product Analysing campaign performance to ensure clients see clear, evidence-based results
About YouWe are looking for someone who has proven experience in media sales, ideally with exposure to data-driven advertising or SaaS products. You’ll be comfortable interpreting data, spotting opportunities, and translating insights into clear client value.You will be responsible for delivering persuasive proposals and presentations, being highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease. You’ll be curious about new technologies, especially AI and automation, and how they can support clients and streamline sales.Most importantly, you’re a relationship-builder at heart. We are looking for someone to take pride in understanding clients’ challenges and helping them achieve tangible results.
