We have an exciting opportunity After Sales Supervisor based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Summary of the After Sales Supervisor role Salary: £44,000 - £52,000 per annum Location: Biggleswade Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 42 hours Monday - Friday Responsibilities of the After Sales Supervisor * Supervise Field Service Engineers' time and workloads, including opening/closing of jobs, processing timesheets and inspection reports. * Monitor the Engineer's time. * Ensure parts are returned, cleaned, labelled and documented correctly. * Communicate with Field Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers and customers. * Coordinate the delivery of spare parts. * Ensure WIP and KPIs are met and maintained. * Organise subcontractors when supporting customers or engineers. * Manage the team, including conducting appraisals, return to work interviews and performance reviews. Requirements for a successful After Sales Supervisor * Technical background within the plant, construction or agriculture industry. * Proven Supervisory experience within a similar role. * Experience managing and leading a team. * Experience liaising with and managing Engineers' time and workload. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong IT skills. * Full clean driving licence.
