Agency Sales Director role at a global leader in CTV, Online Video, technology, and advertising solutions who deliver cutting-edge solutions that create meaningful connections between brands and consumers worldwide.

They are seeking their next superstar Agency Salesperson to join the growing UK team, with strong experience within digital sales (especially video / CTV) and solid contacts across the Publicis Group (all agencies)

Salary to £75,000 + excellent bonus structure.

Based Central London, 3 days per week required in the office.

The Role

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to strengthen agency and client relationships (Omnicom agency client focus)
• Business Development: Drive new opportunities across patch
• Revenue Focus: Lead media solution sales to hit and exceed revenue goals.
• Network Expansion: Build and leverage industry connections to boost partnerships.
• Market Insight: Be a trusted advisor, providing expertise on media trends and solutions.

• Experience: Proven success in digital media sales, ideally in video, with strong marketing know-how
• Connections: A solid network within media agencies (Publicis) with the skills to grow the patch
