We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Apprenticeship Account Lead to lead our learner recruitment activity and build trusted relationships with schools across the country. You’ll play a key role in growing our apprenticeship provider, working closely with school leaders to meet workforce needs and deliver real impact in classrooms and offices alike.
This is a full-time, hybrid role in a flexible and values-driven team. You have the option to be based at our London or Peterborough office. If you're ambitious, credible, and energised by relationship-building, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
About the role
Apprenticeships are a crucial part of our recruitment, retention, and development strategy. We have been an accredited provider since 2021, with our first cohorts completing their programmes in 2022/23. We aim to be the provider of choice in the education sector; delivering excellent quality apprenticeship training, tailored to colleagues in educational and business support roles in schools, nurseries, and other settings.
We’re now seeking an Apprenticeship Account Lead to take forward our growth strategy. You’ll lead on identifying new opportunities, supporting schools to use their apprenticeship levy effectively, and converting interest into enrolments. You’ll work with internal teams to make sure every learner journey starts strong and every school feels supported.
This is a highly visible role where your professionalism, insight, and passion for education will directly shape the future of our provider.
Duties/responsibilities:
- Leading on learner recruitment across our programmes, meeting and exceeding targets
- Building relationships with schools, nurseries, and other educational settings
- Acting as a trusted adviser on the apprenticeship levy and programmes
- Supporting schools from the first enquiry through to enrolment
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding
- Promoting our offer through events, newsletters, and social media
- Maintaining accurate learner pipeline records and following compliance procedures
- Championing apprenticeships as a powerful workforce development tool
Role requirements
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel nationally, as needed
- Level 2 English and Maths qualifications (GCSE, A Level, or Functional Skills L2)
- Experience of using the digital apprenticeship service as a provider
- Experience of exceeding targets, specifically with schools
- Level 3 or higher IAG qualification (Information, Advice and Guidance)
