Position

Member Support Manager - 12-month maternity cover, Central UK region

Role Overview

We are seeking a Member Support Manager to act as the first point of contact for independent retail members across the Central region, from Oxford to Sheffield. You will onboard new members, deepen existing relationships, and help members maximize benefits from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, engage, and retain members
• Promote membership benefits including offers and promotions
• Onboard new members with a structured approach
• Evaluate member satisfaction and provide feedback
• Build relationships with members, suppliers, and internal teams
• Travel within the region to member premises and meetings
• Suggest improvements for communication and service delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in membership-based or B2B relationship roles
• Confidence working with independent business owners
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Commercial mindset and passion for supporting independent businesses
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
• Full clean UK driving license (travel required)
