We're looking for a driven, resilient Area Sales Executive with a hunter mentality to own their patch in Oxfordshire. This is a 100% new business role, so you'll be focused on identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and driving growth across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Meeting clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximising every opportunity

What you'll need

  • Proven new business / field sales experience — ideally within waste or environmental services
  • Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
