White Label Recruitment are working with a market-leading manufacturer in the building services sector to appoint a Area Sales Key Account Manager covering the South of England. This is a newly created role within a fast-growing, private equity-backed group that's investing heavily in its future.
The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to take ownership of a key region and build strong commercial relationships with some of the UK’s largest M&E contractors. You’ll be representing a respected engineering manufacturer in the HVAC industry known for high-quality, certified technology solutions used in high-occupancy buildings such as hospitals, schools, hotels, and commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage strategic relationships with large M&E contractors (e.g., NG Bailey, Skanska, Cilantro)
* Drive project sales across new build, retrofit, and refurb markets
* Increase enquiry volumes and sales conversion across targeted accounts
* Secure supplier agreements and repeat business opportunities
