Area Sales Manager Eastern Europe – Beauty & Home Care Packaging, Eastleigh

Location: Any location in the sales region (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania): home-office based. Alternatives: Slovakia or Poland (preferred): hybrid on-site/home-office set-up

This is a field sales position with full responsibility for managing an existing customer base. The role reports to the Sales Director Eastern Europe. The position is mostly home-based and covers the following markets: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence
• Conduct client meetings, including technical consultations and negotiations
• Identify new opportunities and growth areas
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Manage regional sales budget effectively
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve strategies
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, and Operations
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in B2B field sales in cosmetics, personal care, or home care markets
• Sales-driven with ability to manage existing accounts and develop new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Technical sales knowledge to advise on product applications
• Ability to respond rapidly to customer needs
• Fluent in English; regional language skills preferred
• Passionate, driven, team-oriented, and motivated
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or home care packaging is a plus
• Willingness to travel at least 50% within the region
