In order to support our growing business in the UK, we are looking for new Area Sales Manager to focus on the East region.
We offer
A unique role where you will be responsible for the nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with our professional partners.
You will primarily work with dealers and installers and influence them to see VELUX as a first choice solution for their customers.
In addition, you will:
- Deliver sales excellence, through effective execution of sales and marketing activities in collaboration with teammates
- Support our partners, understanding their goals, and creating and identifying business opportunities to assist them achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain win/win relationships with our partners providing good sales support and advice
This is a field-based role covering B, CV & LE Postcode areas, so you will ideally be located in Birmingham and within easy travelling distance of these areas.
You should expect to travel regularly within the region to meet with our customers and partners.
Who we are looking for
With your advanced problem-solving skills, you enjoy exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. You are a great communicator with effective presentation skills. You are inspiring and have an ability to organize priorities.
You have an analytical mindset and can draw insights from market trends.
Furthermore, you:
- Bring Sales experience from an Field Sales role, perhaps (but not required) from the construction industry
- Are experienced working directly with B2B partners
- Are collaborative with a customer-oriented approach
- Are a good presenter and communicator
- Are motivated by performance and achievement of goals
- Have analytical skills and be able to work in a structured and organized manner in order to deliver results to tight deadlines
- Are an influential negotiator and salesperson
