Framework Area Sales Managers will be expected to manage between 60-80 customers depending on geographical area. This includes a mix of end user, GPO, and Public Sector business. The main focus for the role will be building strong relationships to unlock opportunities for growth.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Role model our Company Values / Purpose
  2. Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
  3. Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth vs targets
  4. Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, adding value and offering practical solutions and products
  5. Understand competitor activity & proposals, ensuring you always offer the best local solutions
  6. Work with Framework Partners to onboard new business
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market

You're highly service-focused, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. As a tenacious and resilient self-starter, you have the drive and determination to succeed, with demonstrable experience of delivering against targets. You are self-motivated to develop yourself continuously, leveraging diverse skills and learning opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to progress into a wide range of commercial roles to develop your career. Confidence with our modernisation programme and new technologies (experience with Salesforce is advantageous) is essential.
