OverviewArea Sales Manager Geotechnical Solutions x3 — Mitchell Maguire Recruitment LtdJob Title: Area Manager Subsidence Solutions x3Industry Sector includes building envelope, facades, cladding, subsidence, resin injections, stabilisation, piling, slab lifting, underpinning, infrastructure, civil engineering, ground engineering, excavation, structural reinforcement, repairs and related technical sales roles.ResponsibilitiesTechnical area role selling the client’s range of ground support subsidence solutions for applications such as structural support, water sealing, ground reinforcement and sinkholes.Focus on the residential sector and manage inbound queries from homeowners; conduct site visits, prepare quotes and solutions, and manage delivery.Deal with local authorities through the social housing sector as a secondary focus.Average order value of projects ranges from £3k to £20k.Generate new business relationships through inbound queries and opportunities.Execute technical seminars and presentations on related company products.Travel approximately 4 days on the road with 1 day admin at the home office.Receive around 6 opportunities per day.Requirements (Ideal Candidate)Construction field sales experience is essential.Background in civils, geotechnical, building fabrics, structural, cladding, facades, building envelope or other solutions sales products/systems is preferred.Civil engineer, structural engineer or similar may be considered for a step into field sales.Knowledge of subsidence solutions is advantageous.Self-starter with a proactive, "hit the ground running" mentality.Remuneration & BenefitsRemuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + uncapped commission, with potential to earn £50,000 - £100,000+ in additional commission.Benefits: car allowance + excellent full benefits package.Vacancies & Areas CoveredScotlandYorkshire, North East & CumbriaLondon #J-18808-Ljbffr
