Area Sales Manager - Homebased/field Sales

You will be responsible for a group of Cluster Managers, and Store Managers within your designated region. The role covers management and execution of your operational budget, creating strategies to help each store achieve its sales target, and driving standards and success within your region.
As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximise profitability.
Your duties will also include management of 65- 70 staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimising operational performance. While also ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld and preparing operations and financial reports.
Salary: Up to £60,000 (OTE £90,000) + Company Car
Solid sales and influencing skills
~ Fast paced, high volume multi-site business experience (preferably retail)
~ Overseeing daily operations , managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
Preparing and presenting monthly analysis, and reports of operations and sales initiatives.
Planning, evaluating, and optimising operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Store Visual Merchandising execution to company guidelines.
Ensure stock rotation in store is managed accordingly to minimise stock loss.
