You ll be selling Plant / Machinery into the construction sector, working with well-known brands, realistic targets, proper support, and the kind of autonomy that lets you focus on building relationships and growing your own patch (Cheshire and Shropshire). You ll focus on:
- Excavators, skid steers, and tracked vehicles (up to 3-tonne range)
- Selling to end users construction firms, civils, groundworks, contractors, and landscapers or all sizes from one-man bands to large nationals.
- Generating new business with a proactive approach and on-site demos
- Experience in plant machinery sales or a strong background in construction with the desire and personality to move into sales
- A proactive mindset you ll need to develop new business, this is not just an accounts management role.
- Confidence to engage with everyone from owner-operators to major contractors
- This is a field-based role; therefore, a driving license is essential.
- Up to GBP40,000 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus realistic first year OTE of GBP43 45k
- Company vehicle - Ford Ranger
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
- Hybrid working after training 1 or two days in the office and the rest out in the field / working from home.
