The role of the Area Sales Manager Renders will involve:

• Selling a high-quality manufactured range of renders
• Winning specifications with architects, main contractors, and housebuilder developers
• Managing and working closely with 2 key distribution accounts (Northern Ireland and Dublin)
• Growing an area that has increased from £300,000 to £750,000 in the last year
• Achieving a £1m turnover
• Inheriting a project bank of circa £750,000
• Handling material project values up to £200,000+
• Conducting a CPD presentation monthly
• Visiting architects and site visits, typically a couple of architects or up to 4 site visits per day
• Spending 50% of time in Northern Ireland and 50% traveling to Dublin

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Renders with:

• Proven track record in field-based sales roles selling construction/heavy-side building materials such as renders, plasters, cladding, insulation, rainscreen, facades, or related products
• Experience selling to architects, main contractors, or housebuilder developers
• Experience conducting CPD presentations (preferred)
• Technical and on-site experience with building materials
• Genuine motivation, determination, and tenacity
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays as necessary
