Overview

Area Sales Manager – Safety Barriers & Solutions covering Yorkshire & Humberside. Field sales role selling a high quality range of safety solutions such as safety barriers, bollards, height restrictors and safety gates to large end-user clients in the industrial market.

Responsibilities

  • Field sales position selling a high quality range of safety solutions such as safety barriers, bollards, height restrictors and safety gates.
  • Focus on projects predominantly in the industrial market sector.
  • Sell to large end-user clients (examples include DHL, Nestle, BMW, JCR).
  • Turnover target is to be confirmed but expected to be £1m+.
  • Generate new business primarily and manage key accounts where appropriate.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

  • Field sales experience with aligned products or route-to-market experience (industrial doors / safety solutions or end-user customer experience).
  • Business development experience.
  • Ideally product sales experience in areas such as height safety, safety gates, bollards, guard rails, industrial/high speed doors, shutters, rollers, balustrades, bumpers, wall protection products and related solutions.
  • Experience in solution-based sales prioritising quality over price.

Remuneration & Benefits

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + £7,200 commission

Benefits: company car and comprehensive benefits package
