Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Safety Barriers & Solutions

Industry: Safety Barriers, Bollards, Height Restrictors, Safety Gates, Protection Barriers, Segregation Systems, Guard Rails, Industrial Doors, High Speed Doors, Shutters, Railings, Balustrades, Wall Protection, Bumpers.

Area to be covered: Yorkshire & Humberside.

Remuneration: £45,000–£55,000 + £7,200 commission.

Role Overview: This field‑sales role focuses on selling high‑quality safety solutions to large end‑user clients, including DHL, Nestlé, BMW, JCR, and others. Turnover target £1 m+; you will spend most of your time generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Sell a high quality range of safety solutions: safety barriers, bollards, height restrictors, safety gates.
• Focus on industrial market sector projects.
• Generate new business and build relationships with large end‑user clients.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience with aligned products or route‑to‑market experience (industrial doors, safety solutions or end‑user customer experience).
• Business development experience.
• Product sales experience with height safety, safety gates, bollards, guard rails, industrial doors, high speed doors, shutters, rollers, balustrades, bumpers, damage protection products and wall coverings.
• Experience selling solution‑based, quality‑not‑price products.
