Areas we need to cover:

• South Wales & Central: SA / LD / CF / NP / HR / WR / GL / SN / OX .
• The following cities are those we consider central and where we would like the candidate to reside: Cardiff, Newport, Gloucester, Worcester.

The role:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products through positive relationships with your customers.
• Executing the Commercial strategy in line with company vision and goals.
• Increasing business opportunities and sales through various routes to market.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Reaching targets and goals set for your area.
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
• Delivering Marketing campaigns as and when necessary.

Essential:

• Previous sales management experience (3 years minimum)
• Goal orientated with demonstrable experience of beating targets.
• Professional pro-active attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a strong team.

• Legally able to travel within Europe.
• Ability to stay away from home as required.

Required profile:

• Accustomed to working towards the achievement of objectives and with a great capacity for initiative.
• Customer orientation and quality service.
• Excellent communication skills, clear in their presentations and with leadership skills.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills with a portfolio of distributor clients.
• Prior experience in wholesale channels is highly valued, along with the ability to conduct regular client visits to strengthen commercial relationships.
